Karen and Kevin are the kind of people who, when you meet them, you spend hours talking with them. In case you’re wondering how I know – we met for their engagement session and I stayed for an additional hour – just talking with them about life and photography and weddings. When I arrived at their home for their wedding day, Karen was a little nervous and adorable and I was so excited to squeeze her. She looked incredible and the first time Kevin saw her, all of their nerves melted away. We spent a few minutes in their backyard (yeah, this gorgeous place is their backyard) on Sebago Lake and invited their wedding party out to join them. This crew was super fun (and good looking! ;) ) which made my day a breeze. They were married at Coolidge Family Farm in New Gloucester, surrounded by their favorite people. Karen wore her late grandmother’s earrings (incredible. See them below) and truly blew everyone’s minds when they saw how gorgeous she looked. These two didn’t stop smiling all day. As far as a wedding in Maine is concerned – these two had it all. The barn, the lake, the lobster, the awesome guests. And they were the HAPPIEST. I wish I could recount all of the beautiful moments of the day in words but honestly – my photos can speak for me. That’s why I do what I do. :)
